oddbdatabase::setcurrentlayout throws invalid oderror
hi,
i am getting an oderror that i think should not be there. to recreate the issue:
1. create an oddbviewport entity on "layout 1" or any paperspace layout.
2. delete the newly created oddbviewport.
3. make any other layout active (using oddbdatabase::setcurrentlayout(layoutname)).
4. make the original layout (layout 1) active (using oddbdatabase::setcurrentlayout(layoutname)).
on step 4, oda throws oderror "object was erased.".
is this a bug or i am missing some information? how to avoid this error?

this is dd bug. we'll try to fix it for 2.3 release (by the end of march)
