missing text string from oddbtext
missing text string from oddbtext
hello,
when i run odreadexdll.exe on the dwg file created by odwriteexdll.exe, from the latest version (2.04) with vc6.
the text string of entity [3e2] should be: "file was created by odwriteex", but it is empty.
is it a bug?

hello,
this text has field and drx with field valuator (exfieldevaluator_xxxx.drx ) wasn't loaded (possible it was absent). so text contents empty string.

the exfieldevaluator_xxxx.drx exist only for the vc8 version.
i working with vc6. what can i do?

you can build it from source ( folder examples\exfieldevaluator ). you can find project file here "projectfiles\win32\msvc6\examples\exfieldevaluato r".
