is it possible obtain layer of a block from oddbblocktablerecord? how do it?
oddblayertablerecord specifies a number of layer properties that affect the display of their associated entities. entities refer to a layer table record (oddbentity::layer(), oddbentity::layerid()).
oddbblocktablerecord is not an entity.
