issue creating oddbdatabaseptr with odstaticrxobject.readfile
when setting up a database to import a the file attached it is throwing an exception saying object not open for write. i'm not really sure why this is happening as i'm just looking to read in the file.

there are bugs in dd (annotation related) that were blocking the file loading. in the next update they will be fixed. (thanks to you)
there are some unusual annotative hatches in the file , that i was unable to create in pure acad.
can you ask the file author, which product he was using to create the file (and the exact version of the product).
if, (surprizingly), the product is acad 2008, then perhaps there were some special tricks he was using, while creating 3 annotative hatches (shown in the first paperspace in viewport with text "detalle de fundaciones", with mleader "emplantillado h5 (3 sacos/m?" attached)?
