invalid group code error with dwf
i have attached a dwf file that results in an error message when opened with odamfcapp. the file appears to be created by autodesk software and opens in their viewer.
note: i am having trouble uploading the file using firefox. i will try i.e.

cannot upload files
i have tried uploading this file at work from windows using firefox and internet explorer. i have tired from home using linux and windows. i have tried zipping the file. i always get the same error message: "the document contains no data".
i don't know what i am doing wrong.
is there another way that i can send a file for someone to look at?

first of all, dwf files should be open by using "new" + "import dwf" menu commmands, not "open". there is a bug though with importing this file - drawing extents are calculated incorrectly. therefore, to view drawing contents press "zoom extents" button in rendering window.
btw - do you have original dwg/dxf from that this dwf was produced?
if yes - it would greatly help in locating/fixing invalid extents bug.

this looks like a bug in our import code--we'll fix it for 1.13.
