getgeomextents () - problems when computing empty texts
hi,
i have some drawings that have text and mtext entities with empty strings or just with formating options (eg '\a1;'); these are not show in autocad and not computed when calculating the drawing extents; however, when i call getgeomextents () with dd (1.06) these empty entities are computed, and so i cannot get the correct size of the drawing. i know that i should fix these drawings, since it makes no sense to have such entities, but we have thousands of drawings and i must assure that at least the printing works even if the drawing has some hidden entities. in autocad it works fine, so i think that this is a small bug in dd.
