error: missing zlib.h when compiling odpc3read.cpp sample
hi,
when compiling the "all examples" solution using vs2003, odpc3read.cpp in the odpc3read project displays the following error:

\downloads\open design\dwgdirect 1.14.02\examples\odpc3read\odpc3read.cpp(5) : fatal error c1083: cannot open include file: 'zlib.h': no such file or directory
i was also not able to find zlib.h in any of the folders. were can i get a copy of zlib.h?

this was happening for me too.

we do not distribute zlib library.
it may be downloaded e.g. from
