dwgdirect can't read attach file
hi,
dwgdirect can't read attach file. i tried it with both our program (that uses dwgdirect) and odamfcapp example. autocad and old version of our program, that uses opendwg read the file with no problem. we have more files (from our users) with similar problems.

with ddx 1.12 i could read the layertable, but i can't view the dwg with the dwgviewx 1.12 type library.
i recovered the drawing with ac2005 and i get the follow hint:

this file shows 2 problems (bugs) in dd.
1. dd 1.12 is able to read the file but is unable to draw it. the problem is line entity with normal equal to its direction. this is valid situation from acad's point of view. such line with non-zero thickenss is extruded along its direction.
2. dd recover is unable to load the file (because of hatch entity without pattern data).
