autocad ligth reads it correctly.

please zip files other than bmp, doc, dwf, dwg, gif, jpe, jpeg, jpg, pdf, png, psd, txt, or zip before attaching them.

the first spline entity in the file (handle 22) has knots count (group code 72) 8 and actually where are 26 knots (group code 40).
this causes dd to write the data outside of knot array boundary.
we'll fix it in next release/update.
