i'm trying to compile the odamfcapplib sample in vc7, but i'm getting linkage errors:
odamfcapplib error lnk2001: unresolved external symbol "__declspec(dllimport) const std: ut_of_range::`vftable'" (__imp_??_7out_of_range@std@@6b@)
any advice?
