code page conversion issue
the attached file has a single text entity whose first character is 0x8e, corresponding to unicode character u+017d (z-caron). when i load the file using the code page conversion feature of oddbhostappservices::readfile with a system code page of cp_ansi_1200, however, this character is mapped to u+0000. is this a bug in the code page conversion? thanks.

the conversion for this character is working in our latest (2.0.2) release.
if you can't get it working in this release 2.0.2, please let us know, and tell us your platform, compiler, and compiler version.
