i am trying to read the block attribute values that were entered by a user at the time the block was inserted into a drawing. i have been looking at the oddbattribute object and can see a method named tag(), but this does not return that value. the method textstring() also does not return the value i am looking for. what do i have to do?

method for extracting text entered by user while creating block reference is textstring().
maybe you are looking at wrong attribute entity?
