lower case in drawing title/notes
hi guys,
it has been normal practice for me both in the uk and in the us to use upper case/capital lettering on drawings.
however, when you have units of measure is it normal to use the appropriate case. for example meters should be m not m.
i thought it was and was trying to verify it in one of the asme stds but neither my checker or i could find it. the genium manual seems to say to use the appropriate case but if it does state it in the asme i'd like to know.
all text to be upper case, except for units.
i'm not sure either where it is stated. i will look for it.
