toolbar icon to run a specific macro
i am new to sw and can i add a toolbar icon to run a specific macro. (just a click to run a macro)

yes. right click in the toolbar area, then select customize. under commands, select macro. there's an icon for macros there that you can drag onto your toolbar, then assign a macro and graphic.
