printing....
i have recorded a macro for printing a drawing by selecting file>> save as (which has less clarity near the titleblock area). and i created a print (for which i couldn't able to create macro) by file >> print, it has better clarity(which has high clarity near the titleblock area). i couldn't able to record macro when i did file>>print, are there any way we can record macro for this option since it has got the better clarity. are there any way we can write a macro based on the sheet format to print the pdf in selected sheet size are soo... it will be awesome if some can write a macro and send it back to me. thanks, edited: 11/04/2008 at 06:48 pm by sandeep pawar use batchprocess to do that for you if you like? if you still want a macro writing let me know. hi luke, i tried the batch process and i found that clarity on the print is less. the batch process macro works for file>>save as pdf and not for file >> print pdf. the image posted above in the forum is taken from the print created thru batch process macro!!! 1. looking for a macro to print pdf with clarity by file>>print to pdf. 2. based on the sheet format(a,b,c,d) pdf has to be created to certain standard paper size((11x17 for a,b) , (17x24 for c) and (24x36 for d) for example for a drawing of template size a the pdf has to be created by choosing 11 x 17 paper size. for a drawing of template size c the pdf has to be created by choosing 17 x 24 paper size. 3. add suffix wtih latest revision to the pdf file name except if it is - version (first release) batchprocess will work for file->print as pdf if you go to settings->printer settings and select the pdf printer for each desired paper size |
