macro to set dimensions to this configuration.
is there a macro available that will change all sketch dimensions and plane location dimensions to this configuration only? i'm constantly changing a dimension and forgeting to set the dimension to this configuration only.

you need to get the selected object being a displaydimension, then use dispdim.getdimension to get the dimension object, then use
dim.setsystemvalue3 yourvaluehere, swthisconfiguration, nothing
ps my book will show you exactly how to do this i have just written about this.
