NewVBB不能运行的原因:
1)Apache的配置文件设置不正确
比如:路径设置不正确
Apache的配置文件的路径位于:
exa:C:\Apache\Apache2\conf\httpd.conf
查看DocumentRoot路径是否设置正确:
DocumentRoot "e:/www/wilcox"
