i went to schroff.com but had a hard time finding the cost of automating solidworks or even a page to order it. when do you expect it to be on amazon?

it was just released and will be availiable at amazon.com.
sdc didnt have the price in their system yet.
so check amazon to see when it will be availiable.
currently they only show 2006 and 2004

i bought the 2006 book and it was around $30 if i recall.

i can't find the automating sw book on amazon either.
however, i did just come across another book published in the uk solidworks 2008 api programming by luke malpass, cost 36 gbp...
well, thanks for keeping me posted too! i just got the guys at schroff the new content last friday. they posted it overnight to their web site, but no sign of anything on amazon yet. funny - i guess i should know the answer to these questions.
