code to check balloon,dimension overlap
hi..
is there a macro available for checking the overlap of dimensions with ballooons in the drawing. also the balloons needs to be repositioned based on the overlap.

i don't know of any macro that does this, and writing one would be a relatively in-depth procedure. you'd have to iterate over every view, then iterate over every balloon, then iterate over every dimension and compare coordinate values to make sure there is sufficient separation, then figure out which direction to move the balloon if it is overlapping...
seems like more trouble than it's worth. i would just open the drawing and fix it manually.
