wind load on roof and ceiling of a walkway
 

wind load on roof and ceiling of a walkway
i try to design a walkway with the wind load applied on the roof.
i wonder if the ceiling will also take some uplift wind ?
becasue of this, i can end up with a bigger footing.

note that the walkway is opened under the ceiling
i mean that the ceiling take the uplift from external pressure and of course wind load from internal pressure.
