wind and it's effect on urban buildings
i have a design where 2 buildings in relation to eachother may compress the wind and increase it's speed. is there any refrence that could confirm this effect?

also, how tall must the building be before the weight of the atmosphere prevents updrafts? these buildings are 16 feet tall, do i event need to worry about it? if not, why not?
