does anyone have any recommendations for a software package that will obtain design wind loads for buildings in complete conformance with the ibc and asce7-98.
there is a spreadsheet available at
sdg (standards design group,inc) has been advertising a cd titled "wind loads on structures according to asce-7". since they are located in lubbock, tx i suspect the authors may be some of the texas a&m people who do a lot of research into wind loads, etc. the internet url is
