strength reduction factor "phi" for bearing on concrete
does anybody know if the strength reduction factor "phi" for bearing on concrete in aci-2005 is still the same as aci-2002, i.e. phi=0.65?
if it is still the same in aci-2005 as aci-2002, then it will differ from aisc-13th value of phi=0.6. so, which value should we use both in pe exam and in future practice?

it is 0.65. aisc spec will be revised to match in 2010.
use the value for aci.
