use a seated beam connection or, if more capacity is required, stiffened seat connection (aisc asd manual p. 4-32 to 4-48 for examples/charts). for the anchorage to the concrete, hilti has a number of possible solutions in their catalog for both mechanical and epoxy anchors.

do you know if the stiffened seated connection is located in the lrfd manual somewhere. i don't have an asd manual.
