shear reinforcing in etabs
i am designing a sway intermediate concrete structure with etabs 2000.it seems that etabs doesnt consider the true value for designing the shear reinforcement for concrete columns. it calculates the true value for column moment capacity but takes the vp=0 .so in each column the vu governs the shear rinforcing design .can anyone tel me the solution?
