a few weeks ago i glimpsed an article that discussed a method that had been used to statistically analyse a set of seismic records. it was felt that they had developed a system that would reasonably forecast the occurence of a seismic event before it happened, in an area of study.
now i cannot find that areticle. i put it in such a good place it has disappeared.
did anyone happen to see that and can tell me where it is hiding?
