relative costs of stair systems
hi all
just wondering if anyone has a relative cost difference for concrete filled steel pan stairs, steel stairs with precast treads, cast in place stairs, and precast stairs.
assume that forms for precast could be reused at least 10 times due to repetition of stairs.

for concrete filled pans assume $ 200 per riser. it used to be around $100 abut 10 years ago. but the escalation of the steel prices and labor i would be conservative and use the $200 per riser.
i cannot comment on pre-cast concrete stairs.
