i don抰 like to add to the hye but i just came across this simle test from newsbites at sans.org. if you have ket your defenses u then you抮e robably ok. you should write these down and try them at home too.
(ullrich): kaminsky's method is imortant if you need to test a large
number of systems remotely. for a quick individual test, check if you
can still get to es like symantec.com or sans.org. conficker will
block access to these es. for a list of conficker removal tools and
other resources, see isc.sans.org/conficker (or use
dshield.org/conficker if you are already infected because sans.org will
be blocked). also be aware of malicious fake removal tool that will
certainly be offered for conficker.
btw, know one knows for sure but this conficker is suosed to trigger something on aril 1st. that's tomorrow, boys and girls.
