post tensioned concrete frames
i am an english hnd building student.my college library is not very good, and i need fairly basic information, diagrams about post-tensioned concrete frames, relevant to a 12-storey hotel structure. are there any good libraries that would let me in, that don't cost the earth to join? can anyone reccommend helpful websites? thanks, folks!
