nyc 2008 building code
i have the following questions on 2008 nyc building code
section 1609.6.3.3 components and cladding:

1- could this section be used to design parapet walls (wind load = 30 psf) ?

2- if yes, is there any building height requirements. (other then section 1609.6.1 scope)
