if you note at the bottom of the screen there is a new step 3 (step 4 for new posts) where you can include a graphic in your posts....either by directly posting a direct url to an online graphic or uploading your graphic to engineering.com.
so for posts with difficult to explain conditions, you can now offer a picture, drawing, etc. via this method.
