i have been searching for engineering monograph no. 27 " moments and reactions for rectangular plates" from the u.s. department of the interior and have not had much luck locating a copy of this. does anyone know of how or where i can get a copy of this? thanks in advance for your help
i've checked and pretty much verified it's out of print at this time. if you need just a few pages, i can fax them to you. maybe if you check ebay, someone is selling them.
as an editorial note, i think it's a real shame that our federal government can't find it within their multi trillion dollar budget to sell (at a break even price) useful tools like this. they've already done the tough part (developing the tables) so all they have to do is print up a bunch and take orders.
maybe i'll write a letter.
