i have a house located in sf-5000 base zone; seattle wa. the total sq ft i have is almost 6000 sq ft 3-story. can i deduct the garage, stairwells and closets to reduce the sq ft area less than the limited?

you can deduct the garage and the stairs only count on one floor. closets count. it's all the conditioned space inside the exterior measurements.
