light gauge design procedures
hello,
every light gauge manufacturer has design tables for various applications. is there a common source for light gauge design procedures. more importantly is the source available for free. tables are very limited in their usefulness.

i don't think there is a manual like the aisc manual. i use the "light steel framing manual", by the steel network. it covers about everything. you can go to aisi for more information and codes and standards.
aisi publishes the "cold-formed steel design manual". unfortunately, it's not free.
by the way, the manual i use is free. but it is proprietary.
