intact condition - utility poles
intact condition - utility poles
has anyone ever heard of an intact condition in reference to utility poles? i am unfamiliar with the term and would like to read something on it to understand what exactly it is. i assume you're looking for something more meaningful than "not damaged"? actually i was just reading something and i think you are right and that is exactly what it means. thanks. |
