can anyone comment on why there are no longer any values for the wall slenderness limit of a hss flange for flexure and compression. (see table b4.1 of the new aisc 2005 specificaiotn for structural steel buildings and aisc lrfd maunual, 3rd ed. table 2.2-1 p. 16.2-4). the 2005 spec only fives limits ofr individual cases of flexure and compression.
