fire regulations report after 9/11
i was wondering if someone could help me out finding a previous thread. it was a posting by someone to this forum a few months ago regarding a recently released report recommending stricter provisions for fire resistance following the collapse of the towers.
i think it may have been a link to an article in the enr or similar magazine.
i have tried searching for it, but cannot find it.
