butler mfg "foundation design and construction manual"
anyone know if the butler manufacturing "foundation design and construction manual" is available as a download online (i.e. - link to the site). the butler rep in my area is not the most respected (or ethical) contractor, thus them and i don't see eye to eye and can't (will not) contact them.
i have a copy of this manual. i had it for years. it is a good document and covers many issues related to foundations design of pemb.
to be honest, i have not heard of anyone who got a copy from butler.
