hello all, i've been browsing for a couple years but have never posted. i started a new job and wanted to ask a loaded question.
can you guys recommend a good reinforced masonary design book. i have plenty of wood, concrete and steel books, but have never had the opportunity to design masonry units or take a class in the matter.
and now i have to design a masonry design unit and my boss' response is, "well if you never have done it, nows a good time to learn".
any help would be appreciated.
