does anyone know of a website to get a copy of boca 1984 building code (9th edition, i think)? not much luck on recent internet searches. even local libraries (ma, ri) appear to only have 1987 and later.

try global documents. they have copies of old standards and codes.
often you can find people selling older editions of codes on amazon.com for a reasonable price.
