aws d1.8 ut technician qualification
aws d1.8 par 7.2.4 (2) only allows asntc-1a level iii technicians to perform ut where as par. 7.2.4.(1) allows level ii and iii technicians if qualified by employer.
qualification by employer shall be at least by asntc -1a according par. 7.2.2. i'am lost here.
can somebody explain the background or is there a typo?
