geotechnical testing to russian codes
problem: preparation of a geotechnical investigation specification including soils laboratory tests to both snip / gost codes as well as western codes (e.g. astm / bs etc.)
question: can anyone provide any guidance / tips on conversion factors for comparing test results between russian and western codes?
