dimension appearance depends on
1) values of dimension style variables;
2) values of dimension style overrides.
dimension style can be get by function oddbdimension::dimensionstyle().
dimension style overrides can be get/set by functions oddbdimension::dimxxx(), oddbdimension::setdimxxx(). (xxx is name of dimension variable, e.g. adec, alt, altd, etc. they're listed in dimvardefs.h)
