we dowloaded dwg libraries version 2.6.1. (july 2008). we could find only windirectx_dll.lib only. where we can find windirectx.lib in the latest oda library download ?

windirectx is available with sources. if you open allexamples solution and build odamfcapp windirectx.lib will be created.
