throw exception in progressmeter

if i send an exception in oddbhostappprogressmeter::meterprogress during "loading dwg file..." my application crash !
i test it in odamfcappdll it crash too.
if i send the exception during "loading object map..." it doesn't crash and the exception is correctly catch.
is it a bug ?
yes, i reproduced it in odamfcapp.
