smart pointers and detecting sources of memory leaks
smart pointers and detecting sources of memory leaks hi, i get memory leaks in my application. i going to check if it is caused by smart pointers with too big reference count at the end of program. is there possibility to dump all objects handled by smart pointers with their reference count at some moment in program? or to trace creating/deleting objects by smart pointer implementation? another question - have this smart pointers a cycle-references vulnerability? is it possible to create incidently a cycle of referenced objects in this library? tia michal sliwka it's possible to create cycle of referenced objects using smart pointers. if 2 objects reference each other with smart pointers they will not be deleted. sergey slezkin |
