selecting entities
hi all,
i'm trying to select the entities in the model space: all the oddbtextentities. here is the code..

oddbblocktablerecordptr pmainblock = pdb->getmodelspaceid().safeopenobject(oddb::kforwrite) ;
oddbobjectiteratorptr piter = pmainblock->newiterator();
oddbselectionsetptr pselect = oddbselectionset::createobject(pdb);
odarray<oddbfilterptr> filters;
for (piter->start(); !piter->done(); piter->step())
{
oddbentityptr pchildobj = piter->objectid().safeopenobject (oddb::kforwrite, true);
if(pchildobj->iskindof(oddbtext::desc()))
{
oddbtextptr pchildobjtext = pchildobj;
pselect->append(pchildobj->objectid());
}

pselect-> select(pmainblock, filters);fff">
m_pdevice->invalidate();
redrawwindow();

but it throws an assertion in the select statement.
can anyone say the solution for this.
