how to select in a layout a modelspace entity ?

it's just like to select paper space entity. in odamfcapp selection performed always on view returned by cdwgviewer::getactiveview() (which is usually - overall viewport, in paper space case). modify cdwgviewer::getactiveview() to return another view and selection in odamfcapp will be performed in that one.
