recover in versions 1.05 and 1.09

i've tried to recover some file (in autocad 2000 format) using odamfcapp in versions 1.05 and 1.09. this file have fatal error that crashes autocad 2004 (but autocad 2000 can open it).
in version 1.05 i have following error string:
name: dwg file
value: object acdbpolyline(2c) has invalid data
validation: (none)
default value: recover
but in version 1.09 there is no such error. why?

yes, i have troubles because dwgdirect 1.09 cannot find this bug in file. in version 1.05 odamfcapp gives error when opening this file. in version 1.09 file is opened and odamdcapp crahed when trying to view a picture.
i've sent this file by e-mail.
