there seem to be a problem in recomputedimblock when the measurement text uses architectural notation. the "fraction height scale" (dimtfac variable) is not taken into account when creating the mtext entity in the dimension block. the fraction scale is always forced to h1.0x instead of using the dimtfac variable from the dimension style.
